All of the participants described the meeting as an absolute success. Yuma's Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place to host our meeting not only due to its beautiful facilities, but most importantly because of the quality of the service that your staff provided us. Planning this type of meeting from Washington was challenging and we could not have succeeded without all of the logistical assistance you graciously offered. During our meetings, Ms. Clarissa Haliday went above and beyond to meet our often changing needs ensuring every detail was addressed.

Dear Pivot Point Owners, Mangers & Staff,

We would like to thank each and everyone one of you for making our convention a success. The staff that took such good care of us were the best. They made sure all of our ladies were taken care of even the ones who were diabetic and couldn't eat the chocolate. They were wonderful.

We had the best experience with you all and it sure does bring hospitality back in the Yuma area.

 I want to take the time to thank you for the excellent service we received for our meeting of March 8 & 9. The facility is great, the service was superb, and I know because I have meetings all over the western half of the United States.

I want to recognize a few people, including yourself:

Clarissa, Rachell, Jose, Darlene, Kayleigh, Carl, Justin & Jesse.

We asked for last minute adjustments and tweaks, and each one was greeted with a smile and "no problem", and it was done.

When our work groups are in the Yuma area again, the first place we will check on availability is the Pivot Point Conference Center, because it is First Class.
