Yuma is rich in tradition and history. The Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area partnership is creating a plan to tell the story of the Yuma Crossing at “Pivot Point” by creating an interpretative plaza located at the Pivot Point Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn Yuma/Pivot Point property. Our guests will be able to relive history by listening to the incredible 1907 Baldwin locomotive ghost train sounds and watch a laser light show to help them relate the history of the rail, rope ferry, and bridge crossings.
